When initially launched on the market back in 2019, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster came with a starting price of $517,770! Quite an increase when compared to the Avantador S Roadster priced at $460,000. But it was all for the right reasons: more power, most aggressive look, improved performance figures.
But, Fusion Motor is trying to sell an SVJ Roadster with 2,300 miles on the odometer for $874,950. That’s a little over $350,000 more than the new car!
Is it worth the extra money?
Well, that’s a question we can not really answer. Yes, the Aventador SVJ Roadster is a pretty unique car, but is it unique enough to be worth almost $900k? We guess it all depends on how much you actually want this car!
This specific Aventador SVJ Roadster features a Pearl White exterior combined with hood vents, engine vents, front inserts diffuser, and wing made out of carbon fiber. The interior features a combination of Black with Rose Gold Trim and carbon fiber.
Oh yeah, and it is completely protected with a Clear Bra (PPF) from front to back. But other than that, there is nothing unique about the car, nothing that will justify the extra money.
It is true though, you do get a lot of power for the price. As a reminder, the Aventador SVJ Roadster is powered by a 6.5-liter V-12 engine that delivers a total of 759 horsepower and 531 pound-feet. It goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds and up to a top speed of 217 mph. And, by the way, you can get similar performances if you opt for cars like Porsche 911 GT2 RS which will only cost you around $240,000.
Engine | 6.5-Liter V-12 |
---|---|
Power | 759 HP |
Torque | 531 LB-FT |
0 to 60 mph | 2.9 seconds |
Top Speed | 211 mph |
What other cars can you get for the $875k? The list is of course very long, but some of the coolest cars include: Ferrari SF90 Spider (about $560k), McLaren 720S Spider ($315,000), Mercedes-AMG GT R Roadster ($200,000), and the list could continue.
Now, you can opt for any of these cars and be left with a lot of money for gas, or, you can go and buy a car with 2,300 miles on the odometer. The choice is yours!
