2022 Acura RDX - gallery

Inspired by its bigger brother, the MDX, the RDX has been re-tweaked for a similar appearance and hence, sharper looks. While the LED headlights and DRLs stayed the same, Acura has added chrome treatments around the Diamond Pentagon front intake grille.

The dual-exhaust tips come with a black glossy finish with the A-Spec package. A set of 10-spoke, 19-inch wheels come fitted to the RDX as standard and can be upgraded to the 20-inch ones with the higher packages.

the RDX gets powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine with either a front-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive option. The motor puts out about 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of maximum torque output.

Acura has enhanced the braking system for a better feedback and even better overall performance while going hard on them.

The A-Spec package gets a flat-bottomed steering wheel which is new for the 2022 model year. The cockpit looks sporty with a big 10.2-inch infotainment screen and a beautifully laid but busy center console.

The leatherette covered bucket seats come as standard. The interior spaciousness is far better than most of its rivals and has enough legroom and headroom for a comfortable ride even on the back seats.

Still a non touch-sensitive screen which does implement a learning curve but the system now includes Android Auto and Amazon Alexa as standard.
