These U.K.-Delivered Lamborghini Sians Are Downright Gorgeous
Sian, the Lamborghini that’s been named after the Bolognese-dialect word for lightning, is the carmaker’s first step towards electrification. Other than its intricate hybrid internals, the Sian is also a jolly joy to look at as highlighted by these pictures.
2019 Apollo IE Looks Amazing During Test Session
The Apollo Intenza Emozione is one of the most dramatic-looking hypercars money can buy and, so it’s no wonder the company behind it is hard at work to make it go as good as it looks. New images of a test mule testing at Lausitzring prove that the IE will be at home on a road course.
We first caught a glimpse of the Apollo IE late last year and it was one of the most spectacular things on four wheels that we’d ever seen. It’s as if the body was designed by the winds of a hurricane to be as aggressive as possible with ginormous carbon fiber aerodynamic elements at both ends. It was the perfect follow-up to the Gumpert Apollo and, just like the Gumpert, the IE is perfected on the race track.
Get Your Daily Dose of Camaro Awesomeness with These Vintage Press Photos
2016 brought us the latest and most advanced Chevrolet Camaro in history, but it’s also the year that marks the nameplate’s 50th anniversary. An iconic figure of the pony car market, the Camaro debuted in September 1966, two years after Ford basically invented the niche with the Mustang. As it begins preparing the 50th anniversary celebrations at the 2016 Woodward Dream Cruise, Chevrolet released a gallery of vintage press photos from the past five decades highlighting the evolution of the Camaro.
The archive includes shots of all five previous generations of the muscle car, including the short-lived, but incredibly popular first-generation model. Sold from 1967 to 1969, the first-gen car established the Camaro as key player on the pony market and the muscle car wars. The first generation also spawned the original Z/28 and ZL-1, and served twice as the Indy 500 pace car. The redesigned, second-gen version is known as the longest and most successful Camaro, despite being affected by the 1973 oil crisis and the subsequent Malaise Era.
The third-generation Camaro followed in 1982 with a brand-new platform, better dynamics, and for the first time, a hatchback body style. This model also debuted the 1LE package and was the first American production car to incorporate the ground effects pioneered by Can-Am and F1 race cars. The fourth-gen Camaro, introduced in 1993, brought more powerful engines and a more dramatic, sleeker design. Its most notable highlight was the LS1 V-8 engine. Sadly, the discontinuation of the fourth-gen model in 2002 also meant the temporary end of the Camaro nameplate.
Chevrolet did not offer the pony until 2009, when the fifth-gen version arrived to challenge the Mustang. Redesigned with styling cues borrowed from the original Camaro, the fifth-generation went on become the best-selling pony car for five consecutive years. It also marked the return of the 1LE, Z/28, and ZL1 nameplates.
Take a trip down the Camaro memory lane with the high-resolution photos in the gallery below.
What is it about those special cars; the ones that can connect with you on a deep, personal level? Is it the look; the way the lines catch the sun in just the right way? Is it the smell; that heady mix that can instantly teleport you back to a certain time and place? Is it the sound; the rumble and purr that evoke an instinctual reaction, resonating straight to the gut? In truth, it’s all these things. It’s the kind of stuff that drives the passion, pushing someone to retrace a historic race through the forest or fork out a bit (or a lot) too much money to have that one sweet ride sitting in his garage.
These are just some of the things that make Monterey Car Week so powerful. And while the annual celebration offers plenty of highly exclusive events, there are a few open to anyone and everyone with a passion for four wheels and an engine. Friday saw me cover two of them, including a gaggle of historic Ferraris on the old road course in Pebble Beach, and the Russo and Steele Auction in Monterey.

When confronted with a buffed-out classic luxury or sports cars priced at six or seven figures, it’s easy to forget that, at its core, a car is a machine. It’s made for a purpose – to move people around in the world, no matter how lovingly well crafted its sheet metal. But in the realm of high-end collectible automobiles, some cars seem to take on a different role, living out their days sheltered from the elements in vault-like garages, never actually rolling across pavement under their own power. It’s certainly the best way to protect an investment, but if a car could think, I’d venture it would want to row through the gears, lean into the corners and gulp in the rushing air. It would want to be driven. Mercifully, the Tour d’Elegance provides just such an opportunity for some of these cars.
In advance of Concours Sunday, the 2015 Tour saw roughly 200 vintage vehicles take to the Monterey coast, plying the local back roads and highways in a rare opportunity to stretch the old legs. Over 80 miles were covered, proving the pampered automobiles’ worth as both functional modes of transportation and tasty eye candy.
While not a competition, successful completion of the Tour does yield consideration should two vehicles find themselves tied in the same class come Sunday’s main event. What’s more, it’s a chance for the general public to see these cars up close and personal against the stunning backdrop of the continental U.S.’s western edge. And I was there to capture it all. For the full preview of Monterey Car Week you can check my article here.

What started as a bulky and barely waterproof 35mm camera has been morphed into a billion-dollar camera company and one of the most well-known brand names in the entire world. GoPro has humble beginnings, but now the cameras are technological marvels that have helped in creating some of the greatest video footage the world has seen in the last fifty years. Every year or so GoPro manages to improve on its iconic camera and make it better in almost every way. That trend continued this year with the new GoPro Hero 4.
Available in two models, Silver and Black, the new Hero 4 is lighter, faster and more powerful than any model to come before it. With this new camera also came a $100 price hike over the outgoing Hero 3+.
Is that $100 worth the amount of improvements made, or should you run out and grab the cheaper Hero 3+ while you still can? I happen to have both models and I decided to give them a solid run down to find out which is the better buy. Read on to find out if the newest GoPro really is the best camera the company has ever created.

With all due respect to all other supercars in the world, there’s nothing quite like seeing a McLaren P1 dressed in all black and rampaging around a world famous circuit like the Spa-Francorchamps track in Belgium.
That’s exactly the sight a hand full of people witnessed when McLaren decided to hold what looks a testing session or track day event at Spa. The P1 was even accompanied by a few other McLaren models out enjoying their time out on track. Even still, it’s the P1 that really got all the attention.
This video further confirms the P1 falls within the ranks of those vehicles that appear to be in motion while merely sitting still. Those swooping lines and curvacious body panels exude so much emotion and evoke such a spirit of speed. What’s more, the short film captures the P1 actually carving the track, proving that it’s just as at home on the circuit as it is inside a collector’s garage.
The P1 had some shaky twitches in the start, something we’ll pin as the driver’s responsibility, but overall, the car looked planted and totally controlled throughout its time on the track.
How it must feel like to get behind the wheel of one...
There are literally a handful of cars in the history of the industry that’s revered more than the Ferrari 250 GTO. Really, you can probably count in one hand those models and we’re guessing you’re even going to have a hard time doing it. Such is the level of respect people have of this true classic. Consider how much a 250 GTO fetches in auctions these days. Last November, a variation of the 250 GTO - the 250 LM - sold for $14.3 million. But even that pales in comparison to the incredible $52 million price Connecticut-based collector Paul Pappalardo paid for a 1963 250 GTO. So yeah, unless there’s a DeLorean out there that actually flies, no car today - classic or modern - will even come close to sniffing that record purchase.
So imagine what it must have felt for Petrolicious to get its hands on a 250 GTO. In this video, Derek Hill, the son of former Formula One champion and Ferrari factory driver Phil HIll, managed to acquire a 1964 250 GTO. We can only wonder what it must have felt like to be entrusted with a car that probably has a higher value that the GDP of some countries. But if anybody understood the value of this car, it’s Hill. After all, his father actually raced this exact 250 GTO at the Daytona Continental, which the older Hill ended up winning.
You really can’t understate the rarity of this particular GTO, chassis #5571. It’s actually one of the last GTOs ever built and was also the first of the Series II bodies and it came with a 3.0-liter V-12 engine that produces 300 horsepower.
Not that we’re pining for it to hit any kind of auction in the future, but can you imagine how much it would fetch in a setting like that? It’s not just a 250 GTO; it’s a 250 GTO with a real racing history attached to it.
North of $50 million? We’d be fools not to at least consider it.
Jaguar is getting serious about revamping its image. As with all luxury and premium brands, the desire to be young, cool and sexy is a very powerful draw. Audi has used a similar approach very successfully over the last decade, to now being a global luxury powerhouse with more brand appeal in some sectors than BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
Launching a successful luxury expansion takes bold vision, charisma and - most importantly - the right cars to match the brand’s potential. While Audi took a colder and more tech-driven brand identity, Jaguar is going to emotional route to branding itself a sports car specialist.
Jaguar is taking itself into a new arena with some very racy marketing launches for the F-type around the world, including a steamy Playboy collaboration.
Embracing social media, video formats, glamour photography, fashion spreads, everything: the F-type launch is so horny that you can almost smell the perfume wafting out its vents in the Jaguar’s official videos.
One of these sexually-charged videos stands above the rest, due to its slinky song lyrics, silk sheets and wind machines at a low fan setting. We get to watch Playboy’s 2013 Playmate of the Year, Raquel Pomplun, as her beauty team adds red Chanel lipstick to match her new 2014 F-type roadster.
She then lounges tauntingly in front of her new Jag, given to her as part of the prize for her incredible ... modeling.
She has the bad-girl pout of Lana Del Rey, and the song is just as moody and sinful as her red dresses. Click past the jump to enjoy 90 seconds of passion with 2013 Playboy Playmate of the Year, Raquel Pomplun and her new Jaguar F-type.

The German automaker is launching a new contest through Instagram, pitting some of the most-followed "iGers" against each other for a chance to go home with a brand new CLA-Class.

But before we get into how you can win the car, a background on the contest is in order. Mercedes has tapped five of Instagram’s best photographers to spend five days each driving the CLA. Whoever gets the most likes will be the one to keep the car.
Here’s where you get into the picture: you have a chance to become the sixth driver. All you have to do is submit you’re Instagram handle with the five drivers selecting the winner based on your account. As far as the criteria needed to be chosen, you must have with you some of the characteristics that best captures the spirit of the CLA. Should you be selected, you and a co-pilot will take a three-day road trip, beginning on September 5, 2013 and you’ll have to document whatever you do during this road trip on the @MBUSA Instagram feed where you get a chance to win a three-year lease on Mercedes’ newest model.

Ever drove into one of those car washes and a portly, middle-aged man proceeded to give your car the soap and water treatment? Doesn’t do much in the way of your imagination, does it?
Well, what if we told you that you can replace Larry the Cable Guy with two gorgeous models identified as Veronica Popa and Bryana Holly?
See, now we have your undivided attention. Featuring a Ferrari 430 Scuderia and a Bentley Continental GT, together with Popa and Holly, the photo spread shows the two beautiful babes cleaning, posing, and downright flirting with the two exotics.
All in their microscopic bikinis, no less.
You can never get tired of somebody who does his job better than most people. In this particular case, Nino Batista has made a habit of creating photo-shoots that highlight his skills as a photographer, but also puts his subjects in an impressive light.
This photo-shoot features such subjects as the Lamborghini Murcielago and sexy hottie Kasie Wyland. The exotic Murcielago is actually owned by a customer who had his exotic customized by Autodynamica Performance.
The combination of the tall and long-legged brunette with yellow Italian supercar is something that’s just too good to pass up. To his credit, Batista managed to even make the ratio of hotness between the girl and the supercar balance out in the photos.
Some cases, you can’t take your eyes off of the car. Other cases, it’s the girl. In this instance, you can’t take your eyes off of both. That’s a credit to the man taking the pictures.
Again, Nino Batista made a photoshoot. Again, it features a hot supercar with a hot woman. Again, it’s awesome.
Really, what’s new?
This time around, the subjects are a Ferrari 599, a Porsche Cayenne, a TechArt Porsche GT2 - both modified by Autodynamica Performance - and a scantily-clad woman named Amanda Beatz.
We don’t want to beat up on an old horse and say Nino Batista’s skills behind a camera lens are top notch, but when you’re speaking the truth, there aren’t enough times to emphasize that.
These exotic vehicles speak for themselves, but this Amanda Beatz babe really is something else. No need to hide behind that towel, sweetheart. Matter of fact, it’s probably better if you just throw it away. We like your body...actually, we love your body so much we wish we could just stare at it for hours on end.
Which is something we’ll probably do over the next few days.
Professional photographer Nino Batista knows what people want. More specifically, he knows the pulse of the common warm-blooded man.
So when he as a car like the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Racer and a model like Alicia Thill at his disposal, you know darn well that a photo spread is about to ensue.
As far as we’re concerned, we can’t decide what we like better: the car or the girl. Both are hot and both are just downright drool-worthy.
Fortunately, Batista knows the art of compromising. So instead of focusing on just one model, he decides to have both in his spread, to the gratitude of men all over the world.
For more details on this photoshoot, hop on over and check out the gallery below. There’s something to be said about a girl and a sports race car that seem to be at home with each other. This spread for Autodynamica featuring Thill and the 911 GT3 Cup Racer is one of those instances.
As you may recall, we already posted some pretty saucy photos of the Lamborghini Aventador with one of the sexiest models to grace our pages, Sharon.
Never fret though, because with the help from the girls from FTVGirls.com, the Lamborghini Aventador is back - and it’s bringing another drop dead, gorgeous bombshell with it.
Boys, say hello to Mia.
The green-eyed babe is yet even more reason to enjoy a photo spread like this. And remember, we gotta give a big supercar load of credit to the folks of FTVGirls.com for the hook-up. Sharing these photos of Mia with the Lamborghini Aventador and its 700-horsepower’s worth of awesome is a truly a welcome treat, one that a lot of you will probably be thankful for too.
So don’t beat around the bush any longer. Check out the gallery of Mia and the mighty Lamborghini Aventador below! Remember, keep your wits together because these photos are steaming hot.
When you’re a photographer plying your craft in the auto industry, it must be a sweet job getting some alone time with some of the finest supercars on the planet. So excuse us if we have a slight tinge of professional envy when it comes to photography studios like ItzKirb Photography.
In one of ItzKirb’s more recent photo spreads, the man was able to get a hold of a GoldRush Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera and a Ferrari F430. Pretty sweet, right?
But what if we told you that they also have Grace, a voluptuous and downright flirtatious model that bared a lot of skin in the photos. There aren’t a whole lot of explanations on this one because the pictures pretty much speak for themselves.
Two supercars and one hot model equates to a photo spread that’s certainly worth your time. So have at it and check out ItzKirb Photography’s new spread in the gallery below.
