2022 Mercedes-Benz EQE
2021 BMW 4 Series by AC Schnitzer
AC Schnitzer has released its new tuning program for the G22-generation of the BMW 4 Series Coupe. A slew of aerodynamic panels is part of the new tuning package. When installed, they make the 4 Series look sportier and more aggressive-looking than it already is. Engine upgrade programs are also available for the 420i, 430i, and M440i xDrive variants of the 4 Series. No word yet on pricing, but the cost will depend on the kind of upgrades that you get for your 4 Series Coupe.
2021 Rolls-Royce Cullinan by Novitec
Novitec is back with a new tuning program, this time for Rolls-Royce’s monolithic SUV, the Cullinan.
The tuning kit is a typical program for the German tuner. It comes with aerodynamic add-ons to go with a modified engine, a new exhaust, and a new set of wheels. The Cullinan looks more aggressive than before, but you have to wonder if "aggression" is part of what makes a Rolls-Royce. Pricing details were not revealed; the cost will depend on what upgrades you include in your cart.
2021 Skoda Octavia
Skoda has long been the popular brand choice for pragmatic people who want a comfortable and practical commuter. The Octavia makes the backbone of the lineup and is one of its most popular models. The Octavia has always been about getting a lot of a car at an affordable price. But with new cars having more and more tech on board, cars are gradually rising up in value. This begs the question, can the best-seller of the Czech brand still be at the top of its game?
2021 Ford Explorer King Ranch Edition
The Ford Explorer proudly wears the “America’s all-time best-selling SUV” tag, and the automaker has found another way to pump up the sales. Ford has added a new trim to the lineup – the King Ranch – to further bolster the mid-level card within the Explorer’s lineup. It comes with a decent load of tech features along with leather and wood elements inside the cabin to bring out the “authenticity of the iconic Texas ranch”.
1990 Mercedes 250GD Wolf by Expedition Motor Company
The G-Wagen started life being a military truck and was later offered to us civilians as a hardcore off-roader that was matched by vehicles like the Land Rover and the Land Cruiser. The G-Wagen that we know today is fast and powerful, but back in its early days, it was brute and tough. Expedition Motor Company got hold of a 1990 250GD and restored it to perfection. As the company puts it, this is the story of how a rough ex-military war machine becomes a work of art.
2021 Ford Ranger By Roush Performance
Ford Ranger is a capable midsize truck with a lot of potential for off-road and performance-oriented mods. Ford has denied us the pleasure of the Ranger Raptor in the U.S. market, but it has been a boon to the aftermarket companies who are filling this vacuum with their respective iterations. The latest one to do so is Roush Performance. Roush has taken the 2021 Ranger under its wing and turned it into an off-road beast.
2021 Mercedes-AMG E63 S Wagon
While the station wagon may have been a big hit in the United States long ago, today, out of all the cars sold on the U.S. market, only a handful are offered in the wagon body style. Of course, you have mainstays like the Subaru Outback, Audi A4 Allroad, and the Volvo V90 Cross Country and there are a few more obscure models like the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo and soon to be forever gone Jaguar XF Sportbrake. A few others are out there too, like the car you see here, the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Wagon – a go-fast wagon that can easily make you forget that you’re an SUV-loving American living smack dab in the middle of North America. We recently spend a week with the AMG E63 S to see if it really was a strong, sexy alternative to the many, many SUVs on the market, and you’ll be surprised what we’ve learned.
2021 Audi SQ7 TFSI by ABT
ABT is back with another Audi build, this time for the SQ7. The automaker recently ditched the diesel engine from this vehicle and dropped an even more powerful V-8 gasoline mill under the hood. In the standard form, the SUV comes with 500+ horses, which is already on the higher end. So, ABT decided to give this bit a skip for this build and went ahead with making changes to the interior and the exterior. The aesthetic changes are significant and make the already-hot SQ7 even hotter.
2022 BMW iX
BMW revealed an interesting concept called the iNEXT at the 2018 Paris Auto Show. This was the time when the automaker also introduced us to the huge kidney grille. Who knew it would spread like a virus within the portfolio with many of them boasting it on their faces in the years to come?
Anyway, the iNEXT was soon renamed to iX, and BMW said that it will be roughly the size of the X5. But unlike the iX3, which is essentially the electric version of the standard X3, the iX will be much more. For starters, it’s based on a completely new platform that will underpin the future electric models, too.
2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz
Hyundai has a fairly long lineup of sedans and SUVs. With that covered, the company now plans to enter the pickup truck market, too. Back in 2015, Hyundai revealed the Santa Cruz truck concept at the Detroit Auto Show. Not a lot is known about the production model yet, but it will be based on the new Tucson SUV and will have a unibody construction. The truck has been spotted a few times over the years during its test runs, but we’re yet to see it without camouflage. The production is set to begin this year, and Hyundai could debut it sometime next year with deliveries starting soon after.
2021 Citroen C4 and E-C4
The new C4 is here and brings in what can be described as the French equivalent of retro-futurist design. This is especially interesting since Citroens of old were very advanced cars for their time and they also looked futuristic. Because of this, it may seem strange that we are talking about retro-futuristic aesthetics. That is until you look at some of their older models like the Citroen CX or SM. The C4 and now the e-C4 continue to be the backbone of Citroen’s lineup, but will quirky design and modern technology be enough to compete with the best?
2022 Mercedes-AMG GT73e Hybrid
The 2022 Mercedes-AMG GT73e is an upcoming, hybrid version of the company’s range-topping four-door coupe. Set to become the range-topping model, the 2022 AMG GT73e will feature a hybrid drivetrain that brings together the already familiar 4.0-liter V-8 gasoline engine and a rear-mounted electric motor. The hybrid sedan is rumored to generate around 800 horsepower combined and offer an all-electric range of around 25 miles on the WLTP cycle. Will it have what it takes to compete with the mighty Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid? Let’s find out in the speculative review below.
2021 Audi E-Tron GT
Update 2-9-2021: Audi has finally revealed the E-Tron GT and RS E-Tron GT. While we update this review with all the finer details, check out the important information and new images below!
Announced at Audi’s Annual Press Conference in Ingolstadt earlier this year, the Audi E-Tron GT is a new all-electric four-door coupé destined to hit the market in 2020. Offered as part of the Audi electric onslaught in which the Ingolstadt-based company will reveal 20 new electric models by 2025, the Audi E-Tron GT will sit at the top of the Audi Sport division, and will be responsible for constructing an all-new character trait for Audi’s line of Sport vehicles. With models such as the Audi A5 Sportback and Audi A7, the company obviously has some proper knowledge of the four-door coupé design. The E-Tron GT will act as a flagship for this intriguing car segment.
Given the E-Tron GT will take technology, design features, cabin specs, and possibly drivetrain hardware from other E-Tron vehicles, we already know a thing or two about the new car. Marketed to fight against the likes of the Tesla Model S and similar entries from other manufacturers, the Audi E-Tron GT could be even more impressive than the recently introduced E-Tron Quattro SUV.
2021 Audi RS Q8-R by ABT
ABT Sportsline is known for sweet Audi tune-ups and offers packages for almost all the vehicles in the German automaker’s lineup. 2021 is a special year for the Kempten-based aftermarket tuner as it marks its 125th anniversary. And, to commemorate this milestone, ABT has announced a high-performance version of the Audi RS Q8 SUV that makes almost 150 horses more than the standard model.
2021 Nissan Maxima - Driven
The Nissan Maxima – there’s quite a bit to say about it. Once a popular, full-size family sedan, the Nissan Maxima has fallen from average U.S. sales for 60,000 plus to just 18,141 units in 2020. Those numbers in 2020 are specifically worrying as Nissan updated the Maxima for the 2019 model year to bring in some extra safety and modernized technology. As of 2021, the Maxima is now five years into its eighth generation, so have things turned around or does Nissan have to make a tough choice between discontinuation and spending heaps of money in designing a ninth-gen model? We spent a week with the 2021 Nissan Maxima to find out, and this is our experience.
2022 Mercedes-AMG S63e PHEV
When Mercedes comes up with new models, the thing that gets our hearts racing more than the product itself is the fact that AMG would’ve started working on a higher-performance version of the same. This time, it’s the Mercedes-AMG S63 with an electric twist. The super sedan was spotted with camouflage performing cold-weather tests in Sweden recently. The biggest twist here is that it is a plug-in hybrid version, which means it will be more fuel-efficient and environment-conscious, and quite sprightly in terms of performance.
2021 BMW M8 Gran Coupe by G-Power
G-Power has unveiled a new tuning program for the BMW M8 Gran Coupe, and it is a doozy. Three different engine upgrades await owners of the mighty M8 Gran Coupe. The most potent upgrade involves significant modifications to the Bimmer’s 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged engine, resulting in an increased output of 808 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. The German tuner’s new kit also comes with aesthetic and aerodynamic changes, as well as the option for a new set of wheels.
2022 Nissan Frontier
Nissan made a lot of changes to the last Frontier update, but there’s no denying that it’s still a 15-year old truck. The company recently teased the 2022 Frontier and it is expected to be the biggest change since its inception, especially in terms of aesthetics. The truck has proven its might in the past, but the styling is clearly dated and is probably the only reason for the Frontier’s dwindling sales. The 2022 Frontier is all set to debut on February 4, 2021, and here’s what you can expect from it.
Update 2-4-2020 The new, 2022 Nissan Frontier has finally be revealed. We’ll be updating this review in the coming days, but until then, you can check it out and learn all you need to know in our feature debut article!
2022 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing
The 2021 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is a high-performance version of the company’s midsize sedan. It’s the range-topping version of the current CT5 and slots above CT5-V in terms of power. Performance-wise, the 2022 CT5-V Blackwing is the first true successor to the CTS-V, as the CT5-V doesn’t fill the bill with its V-6 engine. On top of a powerful V-8 engine rated at 668 horsepower, the 2022 CT5-V Blackwing also features a more aggressive exterior and a revised interior with unique features and upgrades. Find out what to expect from this beefed-up sedan from our review below.
2021 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing
The 2022 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is a high-performance version of the company’s compact four-door sedan. A successor to the ATS-V that was discontinued in 2019, the 2022 CT4-V Blackwing sits at the top of the range, superseding the existing CT4-V. The 2022 CT4-V Blackwing was unveiled alongside the CT5-V Blackwing, but unlike the midsize sedan, it doesn’t feature a supercharged V-8. Instead, the high-performance compact packs a twin-turbo V-6, just like its predecessor. The 2022 CT4-V Blackwing arrives to tackle the all-popular BMW M3 and Mercedes-AMG C63. What makes it stand out over the CT4-V? Let’s find out in the review below.
