Sam from ‘Sam CarLegion’ uploaded a video of an Audi S3 taking on a Mercedes-AMG A35 on his YouTube channel. Both the cars feature a four-pot turbo engine and an all-wheel-drive system, but the A35 is slightly more powerful on paper. Do you think this will play a role in the end result, or will the S3 be able to take down the A35?

Audi recently unveiled its very own charging lounge concept. It is currently opening the first of them to the public at a very visible location, i.e at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center in Germany.

Audi is testing this new charging model in action for the first time with this pilot location. The fast-charging station features reservable high-power charging bays, along with a lounge area with a vending machine that will serve customers as they put some juice back into their EVs.

Hennessey Performance is celebrating Christmas by delivering Christmas trees as fast as possible. The company’s previous sleigh, a Jeep Trackhawk, managed to deliver it by touching speeds of up 181 mph. But, this time, they want to get it done even faster. So, they’ve upgraded their sleigh to an Audi RS6 Avant that’s been tuned to make 800 reindeer; err., I mean 800 horses. They tried the same with a tuned Porsche 911 Turbo S recently, but it failed. But, the Audi RS6 Avant managed to break the record and is now officially Hennessey’s fastest Christmas tree transporter!

The Porsche 911 GT3 is the ultimate, normally-aspirated 911 and the YouTube channel AutoTopNL recently got its hands on a 992 GT3 Touring – the more street-oriented, “less shouty” version of the normally-aspirated track weapon, without the crazy aero. Ferrari launched the F8 Tributo as the 488 GTB’s successor in 2019. It came with the 488 Pista’s drivetrain and underpinnings, but slot itself as an entry-level supercar, unlike the track-ready model. German aftermarket company Novitec quickly snapped the 2020 model year of the F8 Tributo and came out with its own iteration of it, which consisted of a body kit, new wheels, an engine tune-up, etc. Seeing the popularity, Novitec came up with one for the 2021 F8 Tributo as well.

Now, the company has come another version of the 2021 F8 Tributo called the F8 N-Largo. This limited-edition model comes with a new set of wheels, an engine upgrade, and a widebody kit.

Doug DeMuro recently got a chance to take an up-close look at the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. Developing a car from scratch starts with some drawing and calculations, then the building of test prototypes, then pre-production cars, and eventually the pilot production vehicles. Most of the time, test prototypes are usually destroyed when their use has been exceeded, yet here we are looking at a test prototype of the Porsche 959 – a car that is believed to be one of the few surviving examples of the F-Series prototypes from 1985. On one side, we have the light and nimble Toyota GR Supra, while on the other, a Lexus RC-F that can best be described as a Japanese muscle car. Both cars send power to the rear axle, but that’s about all they have in common.

The Audi R8 has been a staple when one talks about performance cars. The car comes with a naturally aspirated V-10 that makes us go weak in the knees even today. We are even more emotionally invested in it now because the R8 is about to be electrified and the V-10 engine will be buried forever. The same engine powers the Lamborghini Huracan as well, but the marque is working on developing a twin-turbo V-8 successor for it. But, until the final adieu, Audi will try to milk the machine as much as possible, and the latest updates to it are a testament to that.
