Dodge’s muscle SUV is in its eleventh year of production and it will probably be the last before it gets a new generation. The changelog happens to be with the base SXT getting seven seats as standard along with blindspot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. The brand decided to ax the SRT Hellcat trim with the beastly 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V-8, which is a bit of shame.

Next to the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody Jailbreak, Dodge is applying the same "Jailbreak" treatment to the Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. Both models will be on display at the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show and will on sale toward the end of 2021. The new "Jailbreak" packages was priced at $995.

Dodge comes to the 2021 Los Angeles Auto Show with a very interesting edition offered for both the Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. Its name is "Jailbreak" and if you are wondering why, the explanation is simple: the new edition will unlock a series of color combinations never offered before and will add new factory-custom options.

The new special edition is part of Dodge "Never Lift" campaign that will bring new models and initiatives over the next two years. It will go on sale in the late fourth quarter of 2021 and the price for the package was set at $995.

Mopar will bring seven concept cars at this years SEMA Show, including the very cool looking Challenger Holy Guacamole. The concept is based on the limited-production Challenger R/T Scat Pack Widebody 50th Anniversary edition, and, according to Dodge it combines the best of two worlds.

The new HEMI® Orange appearance package will be offered for the 2022 Dodge Charger and Challenger GT RWD and Scat Pack Widebody models and will have a price of $2,995 for GT RWD models and $1,500 for Scat Pack Widebody models.

In the same time with the launch of the HEMI® Orange Pack, Dodge also launched the SRT Black package for the Charger and the Challenger. The new package will be offered for the SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye models and will be priced at $695.

Dodge unveiled a special-edition model of the Challenger Redeye Widebody last year called the Challenger Super Stock. The car comes with the famous 6.2-liter, V-8 supercharged HEMI engine that churns out over 800 horses. Hennessey brought this car over to its factory and equipped it with its HPE1000 Performance Upgrade package. The result? 1,000+ horses on paper, but around 800 horses on the dyno. In Hennessey’s defense, it is still more than the Challenger Super Stock’s dyno figures.

Until 2020, the Dodge Durango was a family SUV with a sporty side to it. It came with a V-8 engine that churned out enough power to fulfill the adrenaline rush while also serving as a practical utility vehicle. For the 2021 model, however, Dodge upped the ante. As part of its process to plonk in the Hellcat engine in every product in its portfolio, the automaker transformed the Durango into a beast incarnate that just can’t be tamed. On paper, the Durango SRT Hellcat is now the most powerful production SUV. It can sprint to 60 mph from a standstill in 3.5 seconds. Isn’t that a wonderful and frightening sight at the same time?

The current Dodge Charger has been on the market since 2011 and, while it is getting a little long in the tooth, Dodge has continuously found ways to keep it interesting. It didn’t go so far as to make a Charger Demon to match the widely loved Challenger Demon, but it certainly came close with the car you see here – the Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye – a 797-horsepower monster of a car that’s capable of standing down some of the world’s finest sports cars with nothing but some good old fashioned American muscle. Being such a powerful sedan, we’ve been curious about just what it can offer and whether or not near-800 horsepower puts it out family car segment altogether. We got to spend a week with it, and this is what we’ve learned.

The Dodge Charger was Chrysler Corporation’s more luxurious response to the Mustang, billed as a mid-size fastback coupe similar in size and shape to the AMC Marlin. It was based on the Coronet but shared none of its visuals and spawned a number of super quick versions that tortured just about any early Mustangs.

The year was 1966 when Dodge finally joined the fastback muscle car party with the Charger. It was based on the B-body platform and was previewed in an ad that ran during that year’s Rose Bowl which talked about the new "Leader of the Dodge Rebellion."

The original Charger was a more refined coupe sitting just under the personal luxury category dominated by Ford’s T-Bird. That’s why performance wasn’t paramount from the get-go although the 426 Hemi engine was duly available. Also, Dodge quickly put the Charger on the track in the Nascar series, the car winning the 1966 NASCAR Grand National championship with driver David Pearson.

The third-gen Dodge Durango has been on the market for almost a decade, and now Dodge has instilled it will Hellcat power. With 710 horses in a three-row family SUV, Dodge has put the Durango on a pedestal and has taken the center-stage in the segment. The Durango is now the most powerful factory-built SUV on the planet. For a machine this big to sprint to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds is a cardinal sin. But, what can we say; we still love it and are chuffed to bits with the announcement of the Dodge Durango Hellcat. One HELL of an engine, huh?

The 2021 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye is the range-topping version of Charger four-door sedan lineup. An upgrade to the more familiar Charger SRT Hellcat, the Redeye borrows its looks, drivetrain, and technology from the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye. And just like the coupe, the sedan includes drivetrain components from the Challenger SRT Demon. Since there won’t be a Demon version of the Charger, the 2021 SRT Hellcat Redeye is the most powerful version of the American sedan. The 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock is the special-edition, SRT-tuned version of the Dodge Challenger. Developed for racing at the drag strip, but still road-legal, the 2021 Challenger SRT Super Stock bridges the gap between the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye and the Challenger SRT Demon.

In short, the Super Stock is pretty much an upgrade package for the Redeye model. Fitted with a supercharged, 6.2-liter V-8 engine rated at 807 horsepower and capable of hitting 60 mph in 3.25 seconds, the 2021 Challenger SRT Super Stock is described by Dodge as the world’s quickest and most powerful muscle car.
