The 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE Spotted in a Scandinavian Winter Wonderland
The 2022 Mercedes GLE has been spotted a number of times in the past, and this time, we found it playing in the Scandinavian snow. Oddly enough, it was sporting more camo than before. Very little will change as part of this facelift, but the current model has only been on the market for a few years (since 2019, to be exact), so this is more about freshening up an already decent package.
What will change, however, are in the subtle areas of the GLE. Expect revised headlights and taillights, a new grille, and probably different mesh behind the corner vents. The decoy grille on this model represents what you’ll probably see on the higher trim levels, although, the production version will feature a considerable amount of chrome. The hood, body sheel, and rear hatch should remain largely the same.
The interior of the 2022 GLE will see an updated version of the MBUX infotainment system, a new steering wheel, and perhaps a slight change in trim design and offering. The powertrain will also remain largely untouched, but there could be some minor tweaks to increase either power, efficiency or – in a perfect world – both. This means a choice of the 2.0-liter inline-four in the GLE 350 or the 3.0-liter inline-six with EQ boost in the GLE 450. The former will deliver at least 255 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque while the latter comes with 362 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. 0-60 mph happens in between 5.5 and 7.0 seconds.
Expect the updated GLE to debut sometime in the first few months of 2022, with sales to commence right away as a 2022 model.

2021 G-Power GX5M Bi-Turbo and GP 63 Bi-Turbo
Usually when you see a BMW and a Mercedes one next to the other is for some sort of competition. But, German tuner G-Power decided to stop the rivalry and get both the BMW X5 M Competition and Mercedes-AMG G 63 into the shop for some serious upgrades.
2022 Honda Pilot
If you’re in the market for something practical and family-oriented, but don’t want a minivan, then you might want to consider the Honda Pilot because of its good build quality and a roomy cabin. While the exterior remains technically unchanged for 2022, Honda has added LED headlights, an eight-inch touchscreen display, and even eliminated two of the entry-level trims. Still, it manages to be a very successful mid-size eight-seater SUV. How does it perform against the visually exciting Kia Telluride, Volkswagen Atlas, and even the Dodge Durango? Get cozy and read the full review.
Here’s Your First Look at the 2023 BMW Alpina XB7
Ever since BMW launched the X7 back in 2018 everyone was waiting for an M version to follow, just like for all the other X models in the lineup. Of course, that never happened, and there is no hope to see one in the near future. Back in 2020, however, Alpina came with an alternative that was just as good if not better than the X7 M. Called BX7, the SUV is already preparing for a first refresh, and our spy photographers have already caught it out in the wild.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe

The 2022 Grand Cherokee rides on a new platform, comes with exterior and interior upgrades, and features a lot of new off-road tech as well. However, there was something else that stole all the limelight – the 4xe model. Jeep launched the mid-size SUV with a hybrid engine, too, which will be sold as the Grand Cherokee 4xe. This makes it the second 4xe model in the company’s lineup after the Wrangler 4xe.

Check out the Facelifted E-Tron SUV Playing in the Snow
Following a fresh batch of Q6 E-Tron spy shots and the first spy shots of the Q8 E-Tron’s facelift, we now have a new set of the facelifted E-Tron doing some winter testing. Much like the last prototype we spotted, this one is wearing. A similar bottom-only camouflage, indicating changes to the front end, side skirts, and lower rear end.
As was the case with the last prototype, the front grille on this prototype features a honeycomb mesh, so we can say with little doubt that this is a production feature. It will be a very nice change from the vertical and horizontal slats of the pre-facelift model. We can’t say much else about it due to the extensive coverage, but it looks as if we will see further changes to the front fascia, and there’s a good chance there will be some minor changes to the front genders as well. The rear lights are still concealed, so you can expect some more change there, too. If you want to know more, be sure to check out the last round of Q8 E-Tron spy shots and learn what we know about the “next-gen” model.
Three-Row SUV Battle: Nissan Pathfinder vs Ford Explorer
Now the three-row SUV segment is an incredibly crowded place with some popular options like the Honda Pilot, the Toyota Highlander, the Hyundai Palliside, and the Kia Telluride. Believe it or not, buyers now have a choice of 30 different vehicles to choose from, depending on their budget and size requirements.
