Mansory Went Crazy With Carbon On The Aventador S
by Safet Satara, onMansory, a tuner famed for its controversial and extraordinary carbon works, revealed its new tuning package for the Lamborghini Aventador S. You may still be smitten by the exceptionality of the Nurburgring king, but even this Mansory work will get your heart pumping. If nothing, because of the incredible amount of carbon fiber the tuner invested in its latest Lambo work.

Exterior
While looking much the same as all other Aventador S cars, the Mansory tuned model actually features a number of added carbon pieces that make it far more unique compared to any stock Aventador S. This is a list of pieces Mansory made of carbon fiber to fit the Aventador:
- Carbon fiber windscreen wipers (I noted this first, just so you get the picture of how carbon mad Mansory really is)
- Carbon fiber engine cover
- Carbon fiber rear diffuser
- Carbon fiber covers for the roof, A-pillars, and mirrors
- Carbon fiber hood
- Carbon fiber air intakes
- Carbon fiber side skirts
Apart from offering such an incredible selection of carbon fiber pieces, Mansory went for something extra and offered 15 different weave patterns and finishes to give options to its customers like no other.
The Bavarian tuner is known for its carbon fiber work as it actually supplies a number of car manufacturers with carbon fiber pieces. This basically means that Mansory is perfectly suited to build a full carbon fiber bodied car.
Ask them, and they will replace every single panel on the Aventador with carbon fiber.
I can’t even imagine how crazy the bill would be.
The sheer looks of the Aventador S haven’t changed much after the Mansory treatment, however, you can spot it thanks to a slightly more pronounced front end and new forged Carbonado-V wheels on Pirelli P Zero rubber.
Engine
Interestingly enough, the engine in the Mansory tuned Aventador S hasn’t been touched. Don’t worry, though.
All 730 horsepower it produces are still in full gallop and provide the Italian bull with a top speed of 217 mph and 0-62 mph time of 2.9 seconds. Astounding.
Obviously, go for the Aventador SV or, god forbid, the SVJ and you are in for a whole new world of performance lunacy that will shatter all of your dreams of reality. That is what Lambo actually is - a reality shatterer. The Mansory tuned one as well.
Conclusion
I am not sure I get all the logic behind these kinds of works except actually telling someone you paid Mansory to trick out your Aventador S with carbon. I doubt that we have here any meaningful performance gains or even weight saving. What we do have is a mean-looking Aventador S which says - look how sickly rich I am. The Bavarian tuner seems to excel in relaying this message about its customers.
