• 2021 Jeep Gladiator 80th Anniversary Edition

It features new wheels, all-terrain tires, and commemorative badges amongst other cosmetic changes

Jeep has introduced 80th Anniversary Edition on a few of its vehicles, with the Gladiator being one of them. This special edition brings about new additions on the outside and inside the cabin, but things are the same under the hood. The Gladiator hasn’t been a runaway success for Jeep, despite the hype it garnered before its launch. Will this edition shake-up the Gladiator and bring in sales for the automaker?

What Makes The Gladiator 80th Anniversary Edition Special?

Like I mentioned earlier, the changes pertain only to the exterior and interior. It is still powered by the same 3.6-liter, V-6 mill that dishes out 285 horses and 260 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, but an eight-speed automatic can also be had.

The 80th Anniversary Gladiator will arrive at the dealerships from next month and is priced at $41,740 plus $1,495 destination charges. We’re yet to hear from Jeep if this is a limited-edition model or not. It seems unlikely, though, and could continue to sell even next calendar year.
